DeepGraph

What’s new

Here’s what’s new in DeepGraph, with the latest updates first.

1 October 2026

Find what you need more easily

Want to know what DeepGraph can do? Open All features under Product. For questions about your free trial, payments, or cancelling, open Billing help under Support.

We’ve also updated Getting started, the activity guide, and the FAQ to help you find your way around.

30 September 2026

See what happened on any day

Click a day on a chart to see who worked on your projects and when. Choose a person to see what they changed, then open a change to take a closer look.

This also works on a person’s page and the small charts beside their name. On report and profile charts, you can use the arrow keys to choose a day and Enter to open it.

29 September 2026

Try Core and choose a plan when you’re ready

New accounts get 14 days of Core for free, with no card required. You won’t be charged when the trial ends. Scale is available as a paid plan.

Visit Pricing to choose a plan. If you already pay for Core and want to move to Scale, you’ll see the extra cost before you confirm.

You can cancel from Pricing or Settings → Billing. You’ll keep access for the time you’ve already paid for, and your plan won’t renew.

28 September 2026

Clearer guides and plan details

The Getting started guide now takes you from adding your first project to seeing someone’s work. Introducing DeepGraph offers ideas for what to look for in your reports. You’ll find both under Learn, along with this page, now called What’s new.

We’ve also made it easier to compare what’s included in Core and Scale on the pricing page.

27 September 2026

More room for your projects

Core gives you room for up to 25 projects and 5 GB of saved project history. Scale includes up to 100 projects and 25 GB, and its reports get priority when other reports are waiting.

These limits cover your whole account, including all your folders. Your reports are prepared one at a time. See what’s included or compare plans.

Not happy with DeepGraph? You can get your money back within 14 days of any payment. Read our Refund Policy.

25 September 2026

See where you’re signed in

Open Settings → Security to see where you’re signed in. Sign out of a device you no longer use, or sign out everywhere at once.

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy now have their own pages. We’ll let you know when a change needs your agreement.

Adding a project is easier too: you can paste a link to one of its files or folders, and DeepGraph will find the project.

24 September 2026

Manage your plan and account in one place

Settings → Billing lets you review your payments and cancel your plan. Settings → Account lets you change your name or delete your account and its data.

Free trials became available with this update. Since 29 September, the free trial is for Core only; Scale is a paid plan.

23 September 2026

Get help finding your GitHub projects

Can’t find a GitHub project? DeepGraph now shows you where to give it permission to read that project. Once you’ve allowed access on GitHub, come back and choose it.

To analyze projects on your computer, you now need to sign in so their reports belong to your account. Getting started explains how to add them.

22 September 2026

Open larger folders more easily

When you open a folder with several projects, you’ll see a quick overview while the full report loads.

You can also sort people by their activity totals, from highest to lowest or the other way around.

21 September 2026

Explore the changes behind the totals

Open a saved change to see what was added and removed. If a change is too long to show in full, we’ll tell you. Dates in reports show when changes were saved to the project.

You can now visit the pricing page, and the menu is easier to use on smaller screens.
